This page offers a collection of all rules, regulations and policies pertaining to ISTE20. It is your organization’s responsibility to ensure that it and all of its employees adhere to all regulations associated with your method of participation. Please pay special attention to the code of conduct.

General exhibiting rules and set up guidelines

Expo rules and regulations must be adhered to by all exhibitors.

Peninsula booth setup regulations must be adhered to by those in peninsula/endcap booth locations.

Alcohol policy

Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the Anaheim Convention Center.


General advertising terms

The advertising terms and conditions apply to all purchased advertising options.

Expo Hall Raffle game rules and regulation

All Expo Hall Raffle game participants must agree to the Expo Hall Raffle game rules and regulations during the order process.

Expo meeting rooms

Meeting room rules and regulations apply to all onsite rented meeting rooms colocated with the expo.

Code of conduct and age policy

The ISTE code of conduct governs all activity at the ISTE Conference and Expo. For the safety of children, no person under the age of 18 will be allowed on the exhibit hall floor at any time during move-in and move-out hours. During all active operating hours of the ISTE Conference & Expo, no one under 16 years of age will be permitted to attend sessions or visit the expo unless that person is either a student presenter or a registered attendee having purchased a registration, in either case accompanied by an adult chaperone. Strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) are not permitted at any time in the expo hall. These policies are strictly enforced, apply to all exhibitors and attendees, and are without exception. ISTE reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time.
